We understand you may have to cancel your order with us. For that, we have a very simple cancellation policy :
1. Cancellation of order can be done before 7 days from the order date after deducting 2000 as cancellation fees the rest of the amount is refundable.
2. No refund is applicable for cancellations within 7 days from the order date. 100% amount is retainable by Devhalwai.
3. Slot booking fees of is non refundable.
4. Rescheduling of order is allowed only once & is subject to availability of slots.

Pre-payment of 100% has to be done at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your slot with us.

The Halwai do not provide any steward services like serving, cleaning etc.

However servers can be arranged on additional cost.

The Halwai arrival time is 4 hour prior to the food start time.

What time you want food to be ready is the food start time when you ideally want drinks, starters to be ready followed by lunch/dinner.

Food is best consumed within 4 hours from arrival time. Dev halwai shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time line.
